Plastic Surgery
Plastic Surgery at PMC specialises in both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures to improve appearance and function. These include cosmetic surgery, surgery following injury or illness, and procedures to address congenital conditions.
Surgeries are performed either through the General Healthcare System (GHS) or on a private basis, depending on the patient’s medical condition and individual needs.

Our Plastic Surgeons use advanced surgical techniques with the aim of delivering natural-looking outcomes and enhancing quality of life.
We focus on restoring both physical form and emotional well-being, addressing functional concerns while respecting individual aesthetic goals. Each treatment plan is tailored to the needs and expectations of the patient, with an emphasis on long-term satisfaction.
Key Surgical Procedures
A cosmetic surgical procedure that involves the placement of implants or fat transfer to increase breast size or restore breast volume lost after weight reduction or pregnancy. The goal is to enhance the balance of the figure and improve self-image and confidence.
Also known as reduction mammaplasty, this procedure involves the removal of excess breast fat, glandular tissue, and skin to achieve a breast size proportionate to the body and to alleviate discomfort associated with overly large breasts, such as back and neck pain.
Commonly referred to as eyelid surgery, this procedure involves the removal or repositioning of excess skin, muscle, and fat from the upper and/or lower eyelids. It aims to improve the appearance of the eyelids and can also enhance vision by providing a less obstructed field of view.
A surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the abdomen and, in most cases, restores weakened or separated muscles to create a smoother and firmer abdominal profile. It is often sought by individuals after significant weight loss or pregnancy.
A procedure that lifts and tightens facial tissues to reduce sagging and restore a more youthful appearance. It can address the midface, jawline, and neck, and is often combined with other facial procedures for enhanced results.
A reconstructive and/or cosmetic surgical procedure to repair or create the vaginal canal and surrounding structures. It is performed for both medical and gender-affirming reasons, or to restore anatomy after childbirth or trauma.
A body-contouring procedure that removes localised fat deposits from areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, and neck. It is designed to improve body shape and is often used in combination with other procedures.
A surgical procedure to reshape or reposition the ears, commonly performed to correct prominent or misshapen ears. It helps improve facial balance and is often performed in both children and adults.
Surgery of the nose designed to improve its shape, size, or function. It may be performed for aesthetic reasons or to correct structural problems that impair breathing.
A technique that transfers fat from one part of the body to another to restore volume, improve contours, or enhance results of other procedures. It is commonly used in the face, breasts, and buttocks.
Surgical excision of cancerous skin lesions, such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, or melanoma. The procedure aims to fully remove the lesion while preserving healthy tissue and appearance as much as possible.
A reconstructive procedure that uses healthy tissue (flap) from another area of the body to cover and heal deep pressure sores. It helps restore function, prevent infection, and improve quality of life in patients with chronic wounds.
