Urological Surgery
Urological Surgery at PMC provides comprehensive care for conditions affecting the genito-urinary tract and male reproductive system.

Our team addresses a wide range of urological concerns, from prostate enlargement, kidney stones, and urinary tract infections to more complex cases such as urologic cancers and congenital anomalies.
Using advanced diagnostics and minimally invasive techniques, our Urologists aim to achieve precise outcomes with faster recovery times.
In addition, we manage male fertility-related issues and perform reconstructive procedures to restore function and comfort. Each treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s specific needs, with a focus on preserving quality of life through safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Key Surgical Procedures
A minimally invasive surgical procedure to remove part of the prostate gland through the urethra. It is commonly performed to relieve symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH).
A procedure in which a tumour is removed from the bladder using a specialised instrument inserted through the urethra. It is often the first-line treatment for bladder cancer.
A surgical procedure to remove or repair enlarged veins within the scrotum (varicoceles), which can cause pain, testicular atrophy, or infertility.
A surgical intervention to remove or repair a hydrocele, which is the accumulation of fluid around the testicle, often causing swelling and discomfort.
A surgical procedure to remove the foreskin of the penis, performed for medical, cultural, or religious reasons. Medical indications may include phimosis, recurrent infections, or hygiene-related concerns.
A procedure to remove one or both testicles. This is typically performed to treat testicular cancer, severe trauma, or advanced prostate cancer.
Placement of a thin tube (stent) into the ureter to relieve obstruction and ensure the flow of urine from the kidney to the bladder. It is often used in cases of kidney stones or post-surgical healing.
A diagnostic and sometimes therapeutic procedure involving the use of a thin, flexible tube with a camera to examine the bladder and urethra. It is used to identify conditions such as bladder stones, tumours, or infections.
