Meet Nikolas.
Age: 35.
Nikolas was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2019 – a chronic neurological condition that affects the central nervous system and can impact mobility, balance, coordination and muscle strength.
He came to PMC in 2025 experiencing difficulty walking and reduced balance. At the beginning of his rehabilitation programme, he was using bilateral crutches to support his balance and mobility. His main goal was to improve his functional independence.
The main goals of our personalised programme were to increase muscle strength, improve balance, maximise coordination of movements, and minimise the limitations that prevented him from feeling safe during mobility.
Today, he is able to walk independently and has improved his functionality. He has returned to his daily life, setting himself new goals!

Loukas was born in 2009 with a congenital anomaly of the femur, a rare condition that affects the normal development, length and alignment of the thigh bone. His hip, knee and ankle were also involved, making early specialist intervention essential.
