EDUCATION

Dr Georgiou obtained his Medical Doctorate at The University of Marburg in Germany. He then completed an integrated plastic surgery residency at the Chaim Sheba Medical Centre (Tel – Hashomer) in Tel Aviv Israel, one of the largest and most sophisticated medical centres in the world. There, he had the chance to work next to world renowned and highly skilled plastic surgeons, gaining invaluable experience both in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery (cosmetic surgery).

SPECIALIZATION

Dr Georgiou is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon from Cyprus. He is highly skilled and experienced in a wide variety of aesthetically enhancing procedures, including breast surgery, otoplasty, liposuction, blepharoplasty and more. He is also specialized in advanced skin cancer surgery using the latest techniques of reconstructive plastic surgery.

EXPERIENCE

Since 2009, Dr Georgiou has been practicing privately as a Plastic Surgeon in Limassol and Nicosia. Dr Georgiou keeps up to date with the latest plastic surgery techniques by attending meetings, courses, reading journals and visiting prominent colleagues around the world. He is a Member of the International Society of Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the European Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (ESPRAS) and the European Society for Micrographic Surgery (MOHS).
