EDUCATION
Dr Artemis Kyrri completed her specialist training in Internal Medicine in 2022 at Nicosia General Hospital, Cyprus.
She obtained her medical degree from the 1st Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, where she studied from 2007 to 2013.
Prior to her medical studies, she completed her secondary education at the American Academy Larnaca, graduating in 2007.
SPECIALIZATION
Dr Kyrri specialises in Internal Medicine, with comprehensive training across a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
During her specialist training at Nicosia General Hospital (2017–2022), she gained extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient Internal Medicine care, managing complex medical cases and providing holistic patient assessment and treatment.
Her training included structured rotations across key hospital departments, including Cardiology, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Radiology, and the Emergency Department, allowing her to develop a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. She is experienced in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of a broad spectrum of medical conditions, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and continuity of care.
EXPERIENCE
Dr Artemis Kyrri is an Internal Medicine Specialist with solid clinical experience across both hospital-based and outpatient settings in Cyprus.
From 2017 to 2022, she worked at Nicosia General Hospital, where she completed her specialist training in Internal Medicine. During this period, she was actively involved in the management of hospitalised patients, outpatient clinics, and multidisciplinary care, while also rotating through key departments including Cardiology, ICU, Radiology, and the Emergency Department.
Prior to her specialist training, she worked as a Junior Doctor at the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Centre from 2015 to 2016, where she gained valuable experience in the care and management of oncology patients, including exposure to complex treatment pathways and supportive care.
She began her medical career as a Pre-Registration Doctor at Larnaca General Hospital between 2013 and 2014, where she developed core clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and acute medical care.
