Stroke Rehabilitation
Stroke rehabilitation is intended for people who have had an ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, or ischemic attack (TIA), also called a mini-stroke. Medical professional rehabilitation should begin within three months after the stroke, because there is only a limited window of time during which the brain can regain its function.
At Platonas Medical Center, we offer individual recovery plans and proper support that can greatly influence the outcome of recovery and improve the patient’s quality of life. Our doctors, the nursing and paramedical staff of the center ensure that each patient receives the best treatment, in a comfortable and supportive environment, based on international guidelines.
